A directory with a hard cap.
YamiTools is curated by Teknolox and Aresto Media, an agency pair working out of Rabat, Morocco. We built it because the AI-tool directories we were using had stopped being useful.
Most directories grow forever. Every tool that pays gets a listing, the list becomes a phone book, and a phone book cannot tell you what to use on Monday morning. So this one has a hard cap: ten ranked slots per category. There is no eleventh slot to sell.
How a tool gets in
If a category is full, a newcomer cannot buy its way in — it has to challenge the tool currently sitting at #10 and win on a composite score built from user ratings, our editorial assessment, and traction. The incumbent is notified and can respond, but paying to defend does not change the score comparison. The formula, the live weights and the fees are all published on How we rank.
How we make money
Three ways, and we would rather you hear them from us: affiliate links on some outbound tool links (always marked nofollow sponsored), a one-time fee to open a ranking challenge, and featured placement, which buys visibility at the top of the directory and never a rank.
Nothing on the reader side is paid or gated. There are no accounts, and we do not ask for your email to browse.
