The directory
Listings are our editorial opinion. We describe tools we have used, but we make no warranty about any third-party tool, its availability, or its suitability for your work. Your dealings with a tool are between you and its vendor.

Some outbound links earn us a commission. Those links are marked nofollow sponsored in the page source. A commission never buys a rank.
What a challenge fee buys
The submission fee buys a review and a scored comparison against the tool currently ranked #10 in the category you chose — not a listing, and not a rank. If your tool scores lower, it does not enter the ranking. The weights and the formula are published in advance on How we rank and applied as published.
An incumbent may pay a defense fee to respond to a challenge. That fee buys the incumbent notice and a right of reply; it does not alter the score comparison, and an incumbent who pays can still lose the slot.
We may reject a submission without scoring it if it fails the eligibility checklist shown on the submission form — for example a site that does not load, or a tool that does not belong in the category. We will tell you why.
Featured placement
Featured placement buys position in the featured shelf for the period purchased. It is advertising: it does not change a tool's rank or its composite score, and featured tools are visibly marked.
Removals
We remove a listing at the owner's request, free of charge. We may also remove or refuse any listing at our discretion, including tools we judge to be scams or to misrepresent what they do.
Payments and refunds
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the transaction. Because a challenge fee pays for review work that we perform, it is not refundable once the review has started. If a payment succeeded but the submission never appeared, that is our problem to fix — email hello@yamitools.com with the submission ID.
Changes
If we change the ranking weights or the fees, the current values are always the ones shown on How we rank, which reads them live from our database.
